worse than it is, but it is necessary to protect (1) you, (2) all HyperVREMonthly.com
members and (3) our business: win-win-win.
These strict rules
protect YOU as a HypervreMonthly.com member as well as all members by
preventing other HypervreMonthly.com members from abusing this membership
site.
By subscribing to
HypervreMonthly.com, you agreed to the Rules identified here and throughout
the HypervreMonthly.com web site.

and laws for remaining a HypervreMonthly.com member:
All materials in the
HypervreMonthly.com product package are for your personal use ONLY. You
can not give away this product, any component contained in it, or any
material derived from it. You can not resell this product, any component
contained in it, or any material derived from it.
You do have
private label rights to modify the product in any way for your OWN use.

will not be held responsible and/or liable in any way for any loss or
failure of any kind that you may face or encounter.
You are fully responsible
to make sure you use HypervreMonthly.com products in ways that do not
break or violate any laws in the United States or elsewhere. It is your
obligation to make sure the products are not used in any way that violates
any online and offline laws.

full, unconditional rights to terminate the HypervreMonthly.com membership
website at any time.
Matt Callen and HypervreMonthly.com
can discontinue HypervreMonthly.com at any time without prior notice and
has no obligation to continue to operate the HypervreMonthly.com membership
site.
HypervreMonthly.com
members do not have full ownership rights to any of the products offered
by HypervreMonthly.com.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member does not have master resale rights of any HypervreMonthly.com products
unless explicitly stated. A HypervreMonthly.com member cannot sell, grant
or imply the resale rights of HypervreMonthly.com products to anyone else
unless explicitly stated.
You may use these
products and their content, but at no time are you allowed to offer the
products or product content with resale or reprint rights.
You may modify the
content, templates, images, insert your own links, text, HyperVRE variables,
etc...
If you use the content
to create a derivative work such as a content based web-site, we don't
mind if you claim copyright to the overall site.
By NOT granting "Master"
rights, we prevent exponential growth in competitors and people selling
HypervreMonthly.com products. This ensures HypervreMonthly.com members
are only competing with the other HypervreMonthly.com members, not the
entire web.
Only HypervreMonthly.com
member can sell HypervreMonthly.com products. A HypervreMonthly.com member
is not allowed to make others, directly or indirectly, sell (ie "distribute")
HypervreMonthly.com products for him/her.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member may not give or share his/her access information to HypervreMonthly.com
members' website or products to anyone else.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member cannot claim copyright to or ownership of any HypervreMonthly.com
products.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member may download HypervreMonthly.com products for his/her personal
use.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member is free to use the products on any PC that (s)he owns.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member gets product upgrades whenever available as long as the member
is still paying the monthly membership subscription fee.
HypervreMonthly.com
is not obliged to provide new products every month. In such a case, the
members would be getting resale rights to products already available in
the download area and can unsubscribe at any time.

owners reserve the right to cease, suspend and remove at their own discretion
the membership of any member at any time.
Any HypervreMonthly.com
member whose HypervreMonthly.com membership account is cancelled will
cease to have resell rights to HypervreMonthly.com products.
Things You Definitely
Can NOT do, No Matter What, without Permission:
Spamming is totally
forbidden. If you are caught, OR we receive multiple complaints, etc.
you will be removed immediately. No debate, no refunds. Please make sure
any list you use is Opt-in.
A HypervreMonthly.com
member may NOT distribute HypervreMonthly.com images or grant any other
person rights to use them.
You shall not hold
HypervreMonthly.com responsible in any way for any loss you may incur.
Becoming a HypervreMonthly.com
member does not entitle you to any ownership of any products products
offered by HypervreMonthly.com. You receive PLR (private label rights)
to using the products for your personal use. This gives you permission
to edit the webpage templates and image files as you see fit.
Before using HypervreMonthly.com
products, you should be aware of the Google TOS (terms of service). You
are 100% responsible for making sure you comply with Google's terms of
service. Google may also change their TOS at any time in the future which
may impact your use of this product.
